On the one hand, the equipment is all stainless steel. The purpose is to eliminate the production of iron and silicon ions in the reaction process.

On the other hand, the more violent the reaction of magnesium sulfate in the reaction process, the better the final quality, so in order to produce high-quality magnesium sulfate, there must be a strong and fast reaction in the production process. So the stirring motor on the top of our equipment is very large, and the stirring paddles are double paddles, up and down tumbling and stirring, so that the reaction is more thorough.

Most factories use tractors or reducers to drive the stirring paddle to stir. The working principle of our equipment is different from other plants, so the quality is different.

The remaining impurities of magnesium sulfate that are not reacted in the reaction process are filtered through the filter press. It is through the filter press to re-filter the neutralized solution to further remove the impurities. The solution will be very clear and transparent after the magnesium sulfate is filtered through the filter press.

After the completion of filtering, the filtered solution will be transported to the cooling tank through the pipeline. The role of the cooling tank is to cool down the magnesium sulfate solution through the temperature control changes (there are two sets of hot water and cold water water circulation system, in the cooling process through the two sets of water circulation system to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature), after cooling to form crystals. In the process of crystallization, it can be seen that the product particle size is not the same, that is, the particle size is not the same.

The formation of particles, in addition to the above mentioned through the temperature control, there is another operation procedure, that is, when the temperature reaches the required crystallization temperature, you need to put a certain number of seeds into the cooling tank, under the action of the seeds, so that the magnesium sulfate secondary crystallization, and ultimately the formation of magnesium sulfate of different specifications that we see.

Our magnesium sulfate is produced in a natural process, not granulation. Through the centrifuge for mother liquor separation, the product will be filtered again after the centrifuge, to minimize the impurities and then after the centrifuge the product will be especially bright, very crystal clear.

After centrifugation, the product is tumble dried to remove excess water. Then the magnesium sulfate particles will be classified through the sieve screening, our sieve first through the rolling sieve, and then through the vibrating sieve, so it is all fine screening, the particles are very neat and uniform. There are also dumping and draining in the market, the humidity of the products are very high, especially easy to caking. Drying is the way to accurately control the dryness and humidity of the product.
